Welcome to Atelier de la Croix - Gifts for Extraordinary Cats

If you're interested in buying some thing unique and special for your feline friend, then you have come to the right place!  My aim is to sell high quality toys for cats that are not commonly found here in Australia. 

You may be wondering what "Atelier de la Croix" means.  It's not a completely simple explanation I'm afraid, there's a whole lot of personal sentiment behind it.  My surname is actually "de la Croix" - so that's the easy part.  "Atelier" is French for "Studio" or "Workshop" and this is where it gets a little tricky.  I agree that it doesn't sound like much of a name for a pet accessories store but "Atelier de la Croix" was the name of my Grandmother's small business in Germany, she was a seamstress.  Having spent only the first 6yrs of my life near her before moving to Australia, she died a few years later before I got to see her again.  She was very special to me and I wanted to honor her memory with my own little business venture.
